THE APPROACH
THE WORK
This work is for people who have already done a great deal of thinking, reflecting, and repairing — yet still find that intimacy doesn’t always translate easily into how they feel or respond in the moment.
Over time, it became clear that insight alone is rarely the issue.
The gap most people face is not understanding, but application — how confidence, trust, and desire are actually felt and communicated as intimacy unfolds.
That is where this work begins.
HOW THIS WORK FUNCTIONS
Intimacy is where confidence, communication, desire, and boundaries show up most clearly — and where pressure, uncertainty, and habit tend to surface.
Without guidance, people often repeat what’s familiar.
With clear structure and pacing, intimacy becomes something you can navigate with more ease, clarity, and choice.
Touch is used as a practical learning medium — not as technique, but as a way to notice sensation, response, hesitation, and desire in real time.
This allows learning to happen where intimacy actually lives: in the body, in lived moments, not only in conversation.
HOW THE WORK IS GUIDED
The work is shaped by a simple framework used throughout my teaching:
FEEL · LISTEN · DO
FEEL what is actually happening in the body and the moment
LISTEN to feedback — from yourself, from another, from the situation
DO by adjusting, staying present, or consciously choosing not to act
This keeps the work grounded in experience rather than theory, and supports people to respond as intimacy unfolds — rather than second-guessing themselves afterwards.
WHY GUIDED CONTAINERS
In working with hundreds of individuals, couples, and groups, a consistent pattern emerges:
People thrive when intimacy is:
clearly framed
properly paced
actively guided
free from pressure to perform or escalate
Guided containers allow participants to slow down, receive feedback through experience, and build confidence through repetition and integration — rather than trial and error.
This is why the work is offered as education and guided practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This work is practical, guided, and experiential.
Sessions are structured in relation to your goals, while still feeling human, conversational, and at ease. Guided practice is combined with reflection and clear concepts so learning lands in the body, not just in thought.
Touch is a central part of how learning takes place.
How and when it’s used is always clearly framed and chosen.
Depending on the container, sessions may include:
guided solo or partnered practices
real-time feedback and gentle adjustment
clear frameworks you can return to outside sessions
space to integrate what you’re learning into everyday life
People often notice intimacy becomes easier to navigate, less mentally busy, and more responsive over time — with greater ease and flow.
EXPERIENCE & SCOPE
For over 20 years, I’ve taught sensual touch and intimacy to individuals, couples, and groups.
My work has been commissioned by private communities, retreat organisers, and international hosts working in settings where trust, clarity, and maturity are essential. This includes invitation-only retreats and curated adult spaces in the UK and internationally.
Alongside private work, I also advise organisations and facilitators on touch-based education and intimate experience design — where consent, clarity, and lived intelligence matter.
HOW I WORK
I work directly with clients through private enquiry, video conversations, and guided practice within clearly defined professional boundaries.
The focus remains on the quality of the work and the experience it creates — not on public visibility or self-promotion.
Access is intentional. The work is paced to support real integration rather than intensity for its own sake.
